GRP Fittings are produced with suitable properties and the required margin of safety enables the pipe to perform long-term even after extended period of operation.
The fittings exhibit excellent adhesion, fatigue-resistance and low shrinkage, leading to lesser stresses in the finished pipe. Moreover, GRP Fittings are manufactured on CNC filament winding machine monitored by a fully computerized system. The inner liner thickness of pipes is 1mm, reinforced with ‘C’ glass veil and can be of higher thickness as required. The outer finish consists of Resin topcoat.
